Yes! Indian Springs School is a nonprofit organization, so your gift is tax-deductible.
How will I receive confirmation of my gift?
Be sure to include your email address to receive a receipt upon making an online gift. Please also provide us with your mailing address so that we can mail you a letter to acknowledge your generosity.
What is the Directors’ Dinner?
The Directors’ Dinner honors donors who give $1,000 or more to the Indian Springs Annual Fund. The event is held each April in conjunction with Alumni Weekend and celebrates our donors with a cocktail hour, seated dinner, and remarks from our head of school and members of our board of directors.
How can I make a gift of stock or bonds?

By what date should my pledge to the Annual Fund be paid in full?
Each school year’s Annual Fund extends from July 1 to June 30. The school’s fiscal year ends on June 30 so pledges should be paid by this date.
How will my donation be used?
Your gift will be used to further the mission of Indian Springs by making sure that all of our faculty and student needs are met. Read more about the Annual Fund’s impact at Springs.
How much should I give to the Annual Fund?
Gifts to our Annual Fund range from $3 to $30,000. Contributions of all sizes help us meet our goal each year.
Can I pay with a check?
Yes! You can drop off your check at Indian Springs’ Development Office or mail it to Kathryn D'Arcy, Development Office, Indian Springs School, 190 Woodward Drive, Indian Springs, Alabama 35124.
